These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of pre-made brand identities offered by Dayenah Studio. By placing an order, you fully agree to the following terms.
1. Nature of the products
Pre-made brands are ready-to-use visual identities sold in limited edition. Each design is removed from sale after purchase to ensure exclusivity.
Each product includes the listed elements (logos, colors, fonts, mockups, etc.).
2. Included personalization
Your purchase includes the customization of:
Your brand name
Your tagline (optional)
Your initials for monograms (if applicable)
Additional design services (business cards, packaging, website design...) are available upon request for an extra fee.
3. Delivery
Files are delivered by email within 3 to 7 business days after we receive all required personalization information.
Final files are sent in .PDF, .PNG, and .EPS or .AI formats.
4. Payment and invoicing
Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Orders will not be delivered until payment is received.
An invoice can be provided upon request.
5. Intellectual property
Once the pre-made brand has been purchased and delivered, all copyright and commercial rights are fully transferred to the client.
The client becomes the sole owner of the brand and is free to use, modify, or register it as they wish.
Dayenah Studio does not retain any ownership over the delivered assets and will never reuse them for any other project.
6. Refund policy
Due to the digital and personalized nature of pre-made brands, no refunds or exchanges will be issued after purchase confirmation.
