Welcome to Dayenah Studio. By accessing this website and using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Overview

Dayenah Studio is the name of a website under which two activities are presented, operated by two independent sole traders:

  • one activity providing creative services (branding, design, etc.)

  • one activity operating the online store offering digital products

Dayenah Studio does not constitute a legal entity.
Each activity is operated independently and remains under the sole responsibility of the relevant sole trader.

All invoices are issued separately by each sole trader under their own legal name and registration number.

2. Orders

Orders may be placed through the website or via direct communication.
An order is considered confirmed once full payment has been received.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided at the time of ordering. Dayenah Studio cannot be held liable for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

3. Digital Products

Digital products (mockups, templates, downloadable files, etc.) are delivered after payment confirmation.

Due to the nature of digital content, no refunds or exchanges will be issued once the digital files have been delivered or made accessible. By placing an order, the customer expressly waives their right of withdrawal.

4. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Dayenah Studio website (texts, visuals, designs, digital files, creations, etc.) is protected by intellectual property laws.

Any reproduction, modification, distribution, or use, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization from the relevant sole trader is strictly prohibited.

5. Prices and VAT

All prices displayed on the website are exclusive of VAT.

VAT is not applicable in accordance with Article 293B of the French General Tax Code (VAT exemption scheme for small businesses).

6. Payment

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers (such as Stripe or PayPal).

No banking or payment data is stored on the Dayenah Studio website.

7. Liability

Dayenah Studio strives to provide high-quality services and digital products.
However, the sole traders cannot be held liable for issues beyond their control, including but not limited to technical problems, service interruptions, or force majeure events.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before initiating any legal proceedings.
